• The Management reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• RBR ( the operator ) reserves the right to cancel a tour due to operational conditions. The operator accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which the participant took willingly.

Terms & Conditions :-

• Reservation is subjected to room availability and in first-come-first served basis.

• Children above 4 – 11 years old is 50% of the adult’s rate.

• Toddler 0 – 3 years old charges RM 85.00 – exclude 6% sst (NO BED PROVIDED).

• Twin room must consist of minimum 2 Adults before child rates apply.

• Quad room – maximum 4 pax only

• Upon confirmation of booking, 50% non-refundable deposit required.

• All confirmed bookings must be finalized 30 days before date of arrival with guests name, identity card, birth certificate or passport number with Nationality.

• Full payment must be settled 30 days before tour departure. (Payment by cheque NOT ACCEPTED)

• In the event of cancellation, the deposit or prepayment will be automatically forfeited.

Cancellation Charges Or No Show ( base on per person ) :-

• Between 22 -29 days before the date of arrival ( Charged 50% of the total tour fare )
• Between 14 -21 days before the date of arrival ( Charged 75% of the total tour fare )
• Below 14 days before the date of arrival           ( Charged 100% of the total tour fare )
