热浪岛海湾度假村-2023年食宿配套预订条例

1.订金需要在开单后7天内支付（50%），全款需要在入住前30天付清。若有修改，配套价将按预定时最新的配套价为准，需要补差价。

2. 房间有限，先到先得。

3. 任何未使用的服务，包括且不限于住宿、膳食、交通接送、浮潜装备等不予退款、减价或转让。

4. 度假村保留随时调整，修改，删除或添加条件或撤回配套的权利。本度假村的行程为理想状况下的安排，对于不可控的情况，包括天气、海浪、安全等原因，本度假村有权临时变更或暂停行程安排、调整船班时间、住宿等，无需事先通知。

5.度假村将尽最大能力保护顾客的人身安全，但对于顾客自愿参加的活动，出现无法控制及超出责任范围（包括但不仅限于自由活动时间）的疾病、人身伤害、死亡情况，本度假村概不负责，不予赔偿。建议所有顾客自行了解、针对个人人      身伤害和财物损失等情况按需求购买保险。
