TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div>
– Reservation is subjected to room availability and in first-come-first-served basis.
– Children above 4 \u2013 11 years old is 50% of adult\u2019s rate
– Toddler 0 \u2013 3 years old charges RM 50.00 (NO BED PROVIDED)
– Twin room must consist of minimum 2
– Adults before child rates apply.
– Quad room \u2013 5th, 6th pax with extra mattress.
– Upon confirmation of booking, a 50% of non-refundable deposit of the total fare in required for non-online reservation. 100% of non-refundable payment of the total fare in required for online reservation.
– All confirmed bookings must be finalized 45 days before date of arrival with guests name, identity card, birth certificate or passport numbers.
– Full payment must be settled 30 days before tour departure. (Payment by cheque NOT ACCEPTED for check-in date within 1 week)
– In the event of cancellation, the deposit or prepayment will be automatically forfeited.\u00a0
– No refund or reduction accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears or any services not utilized.\u00a0
– The Management reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
